- No Refunds
All purchases and subscriptions made through our platform are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Subscription fees (monthly or otherwise)
- One-time service fees
- Hardware/software bundles
- Setup or customization fees
Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or satisfaction.
- Monthly Subscription Model
Our services operate on a monthly auto-renewal basis. Your subscription will renew each month until you cancel.
You are responsible for any recurring charges unless and until you cancel your subscription.
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team.
- Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle
- The current billing cycle will not be refunded
- You will retain access to the Services until the end of the paid billing period
- Exceptional Circumstances
We do not typically offer refunds under any circumstances. However, in rare situations involving technical errors or unauthorized transactions, you may contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for review.
Approval of such exceptions is at the sole discretion of IDOM ENTERPRISES LLC.
- Hardware Returns
If any of our physical hardware products are defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 5 business days to be eligible for a replacement.
Returns are not accepted for non-defective items or due to a change of mind.
Shipping costs for replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
